Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sunshine Creative Studios. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms & conditions.

2. Services Offered

Sunshine Creative offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

Photography Services: Lifestyle photography for families, couples, and individuals.

Design Services: Logo creation, brand creation, poster design, invites, promotional materials and basic websites.

3. Payment Terms

All services require a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Revisions

We offer up to three rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

5. Copyright and Ownership

Upon full payment, all design work and photographs created by Sunshine Creative for that project will be transferred to the client. Sunshine Creative retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Sunshine Creative will make every effort to meet these timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to the delivery schedule.

Photography Services
9. Travel

Only a 15 km radius is included in the packages above. Any travel beyond 15 km will be added to the quote at a rate of £7.00 per km. Tollgate fees are not included and will be added to the quote.

10. Accommodation

For shoots 50 km and up, 1-night accommodation will be required to be booked by the client. For shoots 100 km and up, 2 nights accommodation will be required. This accommodation will be on the client’s account.

11. Delivery

Please allow up to 3 weeks for the final photography package to arrive unless otherwise arranged. The final package is to be collected from Sunshine Creative Studios at an agreed location. Sunshine Creative Studios does not supply clients with original unedited or RAW files, only professionally edited/processed images. If the client wants different or finer retouching on a specific photo, an additional cost of £10 per image is charged. It is the client’s responsibility to back up the supplied processed and edited images as we only keep backup files of the photographs after delivery for a limited period.

13. Copyright & Liability

Sunshine Creative Studios has full copyright of all pictures taken and may use the photographs for any promotional and/or marketing purposes. No other providers are allowed to use any of Sunshine Creative Studios’ pictures for commercial or other use without written consent. In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
